My classes are welcoming, approachable, and light-hearted; there’s always good tunes playing and some laughs to be had.

I’m inspired by the 5 elements - air, fire, water, earth, and ether - and I often weave these themes into my classes, creating a tapestry of space for self-discovery. I try not to take things too seriously and I keep my instructions simple. I believe in building muscle memory and strength so I sequence my classes that way, allowing my students to integrate and feel the shapes in their body. My students feel supported, capable, and energized as they venture back out into the world. I teach vinyasa, meditation, hot power fusion, breath work, and yin.
